MAY 2012Women in Blues Manitoba Inc. released the second WIB CD simply titled #2 on April 27, 2012 to a crowd of blues supporters at the West End Cultural Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. Produced by Kathy Kennedy who also performed with her blues band, the release featured Hillbilly Burlesque and harmonica diva Tracy K and The Right Hand Band.

The Billies have solicited the expertise of Ron Obvious (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Obvious) to assist with the production of their second album which they plan to release this fall. Preproduction has begun and studio sessions are planned for the summer.
Their debut CD ‘Crazy Life’ continues to receive excellent exposure on Canadian commercial and college radio stations, satellite channels and Internet radio programs around the world. The fans are loving it and waiting with bated breath for the new album.
